Job description
The Senior Manager Marketing; Research & Planning that we are looking for will be responsible to:
- Establish, implement and manage the implementation and improvement of competitive products and services for the market segment to satisfy NMB customers’ needs and increase profit and growth while minimizing risks
- Manage the research and planning unit to assist in the developing of new products with the product development teams and play an active role in PAC process
- Plan, manage and execute products roll-out
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement annual marketing plan in line with the business strategy
- Develop and design market driven products in collaboration with product development team
- Conduct product reviews and design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the product life cycle
- Conduct market surveys for financial services to access the market information for entire banking products and services using internal and external resources
- Review research reports and analyses to ensure accuracy, logical consistency and value add
- Assess the effectiveness of NMB’s strategy in the market place and advice management
- Benchmark NMB’s products and services to that of the competitors in the market and recommend on new markets, products and pricing
- Assist in national marketing initiatives in order to meet revenue growth objectives
- Identify events and sponsorships that will showcase NMB’s products and services
- Plan, manage and coordinate events and sponsorships schedule for the year including budgets
- Provide monthly reports on events and research
- Maintain direct contact with personnel from the various outside organizations and internal departments associated with scheduled events

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Banking/Marketing or its equivalent in undertaking marketing at a high (senior) level, preferably in banking.
- 5 years of experience in marketing and research at a Senior level.
